At Uplift Africa, we currently offer digital products (ebooks) and online consultancy services, with plans to introduce physical book sales in the near future. Below, you'll find information about how we handle shipping, returns, and refunds for each type of product or service.


📦 Shipping Policy

Digital Products (eBooks)

All ebooks are delivered digitally. After completing your purchase, you will receive:

  • A download link directly on the order confirmation page

  • A confirmation email with a secure download link

📧 If you haven’t received your ebook within 10 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@upliftafrica.com.

Consultancy Services

Consultancy services are delivered online via video call. After purchase, you will be prompted to book your session through our scheduling system or receive booking instructions via email.

Physical Books (Coming Soon)

We plan to offer physical copies of select titles soon. Once available:

  • Orders will be shipped via [Royal Mail / Courier of Choice]

  • Standard delivery timelines: 3–5 working days (UK), 7–14 days (International)

  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on location

  • Tracking numbers will be provided for all shipped orders


🔁 Returns & Refunds Policy

Digital Products (eBooks)

Due to the non-returnable nature of digital content, all ebook purchases are final and non-refundable.
However, if you experience technical issues (e.g. wrong file, download error), please contact us within 7 days and we’ll resolve it promptly.

Consultancy Services

You may reschedule your booked session up to 24 hours in advance.
To reschedule or request a cancellation:

Refund Policy for Sessions:

  • 24+ hours notice: Eligible for full refund or reschedule

  • Less than 24 hours: Not eligible for refund

  • No-show: Not eligible for refund

Physical Books (Once Available)

You may return a physical book within 14 days of receipt, provided it is:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Returned with proof of purchase

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Items returned damaged or used

  • Sale or promotional items

⚠️ Exceptions & Errors

We may issue refunds in cases of:

  • Duplicate orders

  • Accidental overcharges

  • Product not received (after shipping confirmation and investigation)
