Founded in the UK and powered online globally, Uplift Africa is the brainchild of Rodney George, a passionate advocate for Black self-sufficiency and community upliftment. With over 30 years of business experience, Rodney has dedicated his life to advising entrepreneurs and encouraging the spirit of self-employment.
His inspiration? The timeless wisdom of Marcus Garvey. Recognizing that Garvey’s principles of group economics, self-determination, and Pan-African unity are more relevant than ever, Rodney created Uplift Africa to translate those values into modern-day business strategies — integrating innovations like AI, blockchain, and cryptocurrency to drive future-ready solutions for Black entrepreneurs.
